Our Team
Our team is made up of brand strategists who are fluent in both business and marketing, and project managers who understand the importance of speed, flexibility, and creative problem-solving.
There are no “junior experts” at Six-Point. Regardless of the size of your company – whether it’s a 500 or a 50 employee business – you’ll work with the same team.
All our strategists have worked at global brands, so you get insider information about how the big corporations work translated into a realistic plan for your scale and resources.
We also have a deep network of subject matter experts – designers, writers, digital marketers, and researchers – who serve as execution partners for our clients.
We most often meet virtually but also have a physical presence across the US and are expanding our global offerings.

Ashley Brogdon, Strategist
Ocean Lover, Accidental Marketer, Wanderer
I love the ice-breaker game “Two truths and a lie”. It oversteps the awkward “getting to know you” phase and tells you so much more–like: What do people reveal about themselves that compels you to get to know them better? Let’s play!
- I’ve traveled to all 50 states and 45+ countries
- I can free-dive to 40 feet in the open ocean
- I briefed the Secretary of Defense while working at the CIA
All of these experiences have taught me about people; I bring that knowledge to my communications planning and strategy. Understanding customers and honing messages that speak to their points of view is when I’m in my groove!
When I’m not strategizing, you can find me planning my next trip, photographing the stars, and diving with my son (but only to 30 feet in a free dive).

Laura Brown, Integrator (manager of systems and people)
Adventurer, Rock Climber, Heart-Led Mom. Daughter of the King.
Every experience helps shape me. Starting my career as the volunteer coordinator at a large Food Bank, I developed organizational, storytelling, and developmental skills to lead diverse groups of volunteers. Upon entering the marketing agency world, I help companies reach their vision. If I can see where you want to be, I will remove roadblocks and empower teams to get you there. I am a relentless operator, problem-solver, and knowledge seeker.

Margaret Ann Gomez, Graphic Designer
Youth Hockey Manager/Board Member and Mom. Avid Walker
Some people see a blank page as a daunting challenge. But for me, as a graphic designer with 20 years of experience, it’s an opportunity to go on a journey to create something amazing that our clients will love! Providing the best of both worlds, not only do I follow brand guidelines delivering great-looking pieces, I am very detailed and deadline oriented. Being involved in my sons’ youth hockey teams and organizations, I understand the importance of teamwork. Whether on the ice or in the office, individual superstars don’t make things happen. Having the right teammates who support each other’s strengths and weaknesses makes success a reality.

When not immersed in branding, you’ll find me on the pickleball court, enjoying the competitive spirit and camaraderie of the game.

Meghan Lynch, CEO
Mom, Trail Runner, Business Nerd
I started out my career thinking that I would teach English literature, but after working at an ad agency, I soon realized that I enjoy reading businesses as much as I love reading books. As the visionary behind Six-Point, I get to do both for the benefit of our team and our clients.
The phrase slow and steady applies to me, both in business and out on the trails. I love building brands that endure and challenge the limits of my own endurance. I have completed a number of ultramarathons (running beyond the 26.2-mile distance), and now enjoy taking my son Henry out to explore the woods and mountains.

Luke Q. Stafford, Creative Director
Concepter. Writer. Wanderer’r.
My two-decade career really boils down to one thing: creating good content. It started in junior high, creating parody commercials with my parents’ VHS camcorder. Then came writing for the school paper, majoring in journalism, working in marketing departments, filming a documentary, starting a video production company, and now providing creative direction on national campaigns. Working with Six-Point clients to turn marketing strategies into out-in-the-world content is unbelievably exciting and rewarding. It’s why I named my video production company Mondo, which means “world” in Italian. Outside the office, I love camping and traveling with my wife and 2 girls, working on our 15 acres in Vermont, wrenching on my old truck and motorcycle, and snowboarding as much as possible.

Catherine Turcins, Business Development Specialist
Pilates Enthusiast, Avid Listener, and Momager
I’ve enjoyed growing my business development career over the past 20 years executing business strategy and accelerating growth by identifying new opportunities and cultivating relationships with current and prospective clients. My background includes business development in both investment banking and law. I hold a FINRA Series SIE, 82 and 63 securities licenses, and am a graduate of Boston College. Outside of work, I love to spend time with my family traveling, and watching my girls grow to love my favorite sport, softball. Life lessons sports teach such as overcoming adversity and the value of collective hard work for a greater good are key throughout life.

Jen Williams, Marketing and Communications Director
Yoga Teacher, Yankee Ingenuity Devotee, and Proverbial Lemonade-Maker
I’ve earned media in the most prestigious publications and received national marketing awards and speaking engagements, but most importantly, for the last 20 years, I’ve been in the business of helping people. My passion and expertise are deeply rooted in health and wellness, social and public health equity, nature and all-season outdoor sports and recreation with my wild kiddos, immersive travel (48 states, 18 countries, and counting!), education, and the arts.
