Apply for the Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund Express Program Grant

The Workforce Training Fund Express Program helps give Massachusetts employers a fast and efficient way to access grant-funded training. The grant is funded through the state payroll tax that all for-profit employers pay. It is not a competitive grant process. If you are an employer with less than 100 employees in good standing with the state, you should be eligible.

 

What’s the Catch?

You may think this opportunity is too good to be true, but this grant is real. It is a program established under the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development of Massachusetts.

The Express Program grant is a reimbursement, which means your company needs to show proof of payment for the brand workshop, but you will get your money back! In our experience, it usually takes about 60 days to be reimbursed.

The grant covers up to $3,000 per employee who participates in the training. To get the full cost of the workshop reimbursed, you’ll need at least three people from your team participating in the sessions.

All you have to do is find our course (or any other courses you are interested in!) from the Express Program directory and schedule the training sessions. Once you have done that, apply for funding on the Express Program website at least 21 days before the training begins!

After applying, all you need to do is accept your award with an e-signature, complete training, and submit proof of payment.
